My Reflections

In this picture we can see my friends and I , we were in the "quesera" in San Mateo , we get to that place at 9:00 am , first we saw , how the clean the milk ,  the "cuajo" was added to the cow milk , after  some thim the milk was "cuajada" which means that the next step was cut the cheese and separete the "suero " from the cheese , then the cheese was ready to make the form , it pass into hot and salad water , then to the hands of the cheese guy and inmediatly to the cold water. This was a disgunting experience but at the same time it was productive and great , now we know how to make cheese . My classmates were good , they worked , and they were respectful and responsable. Some problems were how far San Mateo is , other was to be all of us agree with the work , and decoration to the fair.
